For this project, I primarily work on player abilities, enemy encounters, and story & dialogue design. As a creative director, I ensured that the team's ideas were cohesive with the game's vision and assisted other team members in working toward it.

Visual Novel | Twine | Solo Project

Originally made as a short story-driven game in Unity, I made it into a full-fledged visual novel to showcase my storytelling and writing skill. The story follows a protagonist who serves as police officer under a corrupt regime and his conflict between order and the oath he took.

My main responsibilties were character designer and scenario writer for this game. My tasks include creating NPCs personality traits and their interaction with the player character. Additionally, I designed the core gameplay loop and the difficulty progression of the game.

I mainly served as a gameplay programmer for this project, implementing the player controls, enemy behaviors and game systems with C#. Apart from that, I also helped design core combat loop and player abilities

Game Systems & Adventure Modules | Solo Project

TTRPG game system Blades & Bones features a world of swords and steel that try to incorporate the gritty feeling of melee combat in a medieval fantasy world.

D&D 5e adventure The Heist of Wyverndale, tasking the players with investigating and reclaiming the classified stolen loot of the town.

Designer and Programmer

Submission for GMTK Game Jam 2022, under the theme "Roll of the Dice".

I pitched the concept for this project, made a prototype, and finalized the design of the core gameplay. I also assisted the programmers in implementing gameplay elements like random speed/jump multipliers, user interfaces, and player controls.

Twin-stick Shooter | Unity Engine | 4 Members

Combat and UI Designer

Twin-stick shooter with hot-swapping character gameplay. I mainly worked on designing player controls, and character abilities, and balancing the combat in this project. I also served as UI designer in the sense that I structured UI canvas, placements, and coloring to fit with the game theme.
